All course fees cover a full set of course notes, Certificate of Attendance, lunch, refreshments during the day and, where appropriate, the use of a computer for practical exercises.

Reservations for places on courses are made on the understanding that the course may be cancelled if an insufficient number of persons register for the course. The decision to cancel a course would be made one month before the proposed date. In the event of cancellation of a course due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control all course fees paid will be refunded in full. We cannot accept responsibility for other expenses incurred by our clients.
